When a player is in their Foot, has made at least two red and two black Canastas, and is able to exhaust all the cards in their hand including a discard, that player is in position to go out. This ends the hand for everyone.
You must discard at the end of your turn in order to validly go out (even if this means throwing out a card that fits on your table).
