Once you have exhausted all of the cards in your Hand, you may go into your Foot.
If you are able to play all the remaining cards in your Hand without discarding, open your Foot and continue playing within the same turn.
If you must discard in order to exhaust your Hand, you may open your Foot but must wait until your next turn to play from it.
